I think if you were working with me Omar you will really suffer. We have in our company a branch for a catering company & they sell all kinds of bread, sandwiches & sweets. Can you imagine seeing all that food in front of you & smelling the beautiful smell of bread while fasting

For me, I finally managed to get a good sleep

Slept from after the Fajr prayer till before Friday prayer. Then I slept again till Aser prayer

Now I`m feeling fresh & still tomorrow is a holiday so I can also sleep in the morning

Since before Ramadan & you are always hungry Omar

Food is last thing on my mind & I don't really think about food nor water while I`m fasting> I think I have stored enough fat in my body to last me for 2 months without food

My real problem is sleep. I cant get enough sleep during Ramadan

Usually I take a leave during Ramadan but this year I couldn't. At least my work start at 9 in the morning till 2PM

Too bad here in Kuwait we don't get a holiday during the last 10 days of Ramadan

Well Umar, unless you have work during the day, I can't find any excuse for you...

Look for any distractions to steer your mind off food... or think of it as a diet :D

But most importantly, think of it as something you do in obedience to Allaah. Then you'll be stronger.
