Before following the procedure, make sure that:

• The parking brake is set
البريك (الجلنط) مسحوب أو في وضع التشغيل
• The gearshift is in P (Park) (automatic transmission)
القير على البارك بالنسبة للاوتوماتيك
• The gearshift is in N (Neutral) (manual transmission)
القير فاضي للعادي
• The ignition switch is in the OFF position
السويتش طافي أحسن شي لا تحط المفتاح بعد
• The driver and front passenger safety belts are unbuckled
حزام الأمان للسائق والراكب الأمامي مفتوح أو غير مربوط
While the design allows you to deactivate your BeltMinder, this
system is designed to improve your chances of being seat belted
and surviving an accident, and we recommend you leave the
BeltMinder system activated for yourself and others who may use the
vehicle. To reduce the risk of injury, do not deactivate/activate the
BeltMinder feature while driving the vehicle.
يقول لك هذا النظام "منبه حزام الأمان" يزيد من فرص نجاتك من الحادث لأنه راح يذكرك بحزام الأمان ،
وننصحك تترك نظام تنبيه حزام الأمان شغال لسلامتك وسلامة الآخرين اللي يستخدمون سيارتك من الإصابة .
بعدين يقول لك لا تستخدم الطريقة هذي وأنت تسوق السيارة

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN (or ON) position. (DO NOT
START THE ENGINE)
يقول لك شغل السويتش بدون ما تشغل السيارة
2. Wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (Approximately 1
minute)
انتظر حتى تطفى لمبة حزام الأمان اللي في الطبلون (تقريبا دقيقة)
• Step 3 must be completed within 50 seconds after the safety belt
warning light turns off.
بعد ما تطفى لمبة حزام الأمان لازم تخلص الخطوة الثالثة في اقل من 50 ثانية وإلا راح تبدأ من جديد
3. For the seating position being disabled, buckle then unbuckle the
safety belt 9 times, ending in the unbuckled state. (Step 3 must be
completed within 50 seconds after the safety belt warning light turns
off.)
قبل ما تطفى لمبة حزام الأمان خلك جاهز لأنه أول ما تطفى اللمبة لازم تربط الحزام ثم تفكه تسع مرات
خلال 50 ثانية وإلا راح تعيد من جديد ولازم تكون النهاية بفتح حزام الأمان
يعني (اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح - اربط افتح)
• After Step 3, the restraint system warning light (airbag light) will be
turned on for three seconds.
بعد الخطوة الثالثة لمبة الأير باق راح تولع ثلاث ثواني وهذي علامة على نجاح الخطوة الثالثة
4. Within 10 seconds of the light turning on, buckle then unbuckle the
safety belt.
خلال عشر ثواني بعد لمبة الأير باق تربط الحزام وتفتحه مرة وحدة بس
• This will disable the BeltMinder feature for that seating position if it
is currently enabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash 4 times per second for 3 seconds.
وبكذا راح يطفى منبه حزام الأمان إذا كان شغال معك وتأكيداً لنجاح العملية راح تولع لمبات التحذير
اربع مرات خلال ثلاث ثواني ، طبعا تسوي نفس الطريقة مع حزام الأمان حق الراكب الأمامي
بس يبي لك تنط للمرتبة وتجلس عليها وتسوي نفس الخطوات
(طريقة تشغيل المنبه نفس طريقة إيقافه)
• This will enable the BeltMinder feature for that seating position if it
is currently disabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash 4 times per second for 3 seconds, followed by 3
seconds with the light off, then followed by the restraint system
warning light flashing 4 times per second for 3 seconds again.
• After receiving confirmation, the deactivation/activation procedure is
complete.
يقول لك اذا كان المنبه طافي وعملت الطريقة هذي راح يشتغل وعلامة تشغيله لمبات التحذير
