بحسب موقع ادموند الشهير قام بتجربة آداء للكاديلاك CTS-V 2009 على الطريق
و النتيجة كانت مذهلة
اذ انها قطعت ربع الميل محققة تسارع خارق خلال 12.5 على سرعة 115.3ميل/الساعة
وهذا معنـــاه
ان التسارع قد تعدى تسارع الـM5 و E 63 للربع ميل
وهذا بعد ان تم تحديد قوة تسارعهما المتساوي الذي قطعا الربع ميل خلال 12.7 على 113 ميل/الساعة

GM definitely deserves some respect for the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V. In its first ever performance test by InsideLine, the 2009 CTS-V delivered numbers that will scare the rubber of the BMW M5 and Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG tires.
For those of you still not familiar with the power of the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V the new GM performance sedan is [COLOR=Red]powered by a 6.2 supercharged V8 that gives it 556 horsepower with a peak torque of 551 lb-ft. GM says 0-60 comes in just 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 171mph.[/COLOR]
InsideLine says that in its performance tests the [COLOR=Red]2009 CTS-V ran the quarter-mile in 12.5 seconds at 115.3 mph. "That’s faster" than the M5 and E 63 AMG that did it in 12.7 seconds at 113 mph.
