I was very happy when I bought one of your marvels cars ( Ford tours limited 4wd 2011 ) that was in 28/2/2011 since that time there is something wrong with the navigator of my new car .
I visited Abha branch several times to solve the problem but nothing happened . There they advised me to call the seller in Riyadh, Who send me to one of the branches here in Riyadh. Where I was told to go to another branch. I arrived in the last branch at 11:30 am ( 31/5/2011 ) After a long dissection with several employees, the car was accepted at 2:00 pm. After three hours and a half I received the car with the same problem. When I complained they called one of the engineers, discussing the matter with him I realized that he knows nothing about this type of navigators. At 6:00 pm after five hours and a half without solving my problem I left the branch " desperate of course" .
Visiting several Ford branches in the kingdom I realized that the service is very bad and also the waiting rooms are miserable and the receptionists are very cold , not helpful and not well trained.
